My interest is in stained glass. It began over 20 years ago as an escape from the high-tech computer environment. The journey took me back to the 11th century where the process of stained glass creation was much the same as it is today.

Stained glass is somewhere between an art and a craft. I create a work that illustrates an idea, a feeling and an inspiration - that's the art. The craft is the practiced mechanical skills of cutting, grinding and soldering.

The options in stained glass are endless, from rich vibrant color choices that may be used in a geometric design, to more subdued and muted tones that provide shape and texture in landscapes. Whatever subjects and colors are chosen, when the light shines through the finished pieces, I feel a tremendous sense of pride and satisfaction, having created something so unique and personal for my customers.
